These Brash Designs Of

These brash designs of
Sentimental blind love
Are unfortunate enough
To unwisely side-shove
Misdirect the thoughts inside my mind
Going nowhere, churning wildly
Revelation blossomed in a thought maligned
Different ways of seeing you to put it mildly.
I’d never mused to hold you
Bet you’d never hear this
Can’t you see I’m enjoying the view
Dutifully hating you finally remiss
Now if only you’d requite
Dismiss doubt, and repel chagrin
Come in close, put down that weight
Letting the sparks ignite isn’t a sin
Tied hearts together
Unison hips
Are light as a feather
And at long last, lock lips.

The End
