human beings get hungry in darker ways, tooMature

human beings get hungry
in darker ways, too.  we crave
the softness of skin between
our teeth, the bite of lust
along our nerves.  there are only
inches between us but it feels like
galaxies.  there are no words - fat, full,
heavy - palpable enough to say
why aren’t you touching me?

The End
