Polyester Poetry

I saw a boy

With some words on his shirt

It didn't say much

Just a simple "I hurt".

And if I'm honest with myself

These words made me sad

So I went home

And I told my Dad.

This was a mistake

As I should have known

You see my Dad,

Spends too much time alone.

And when I told him this

He thought it was funny

That on such pointless shirts

Us kids would waste money.

The End
