Staring at my feet

A silhouette,

It’s sunset,

And I’m still staring at my feet

So this day,

 It fades to gray,

Why don’t we have a seat?

We’ll watch the day,

As it fades away

From the heights of this bluff

And weaken the wind,

Then it’s back again,

Stronger now, cold and rough

Look you in the eye

I didn't, but I tried,

Though I know, one day, they’ll meet

I just can’t right now,

But I don’t know how,

I can still be staring at my feet

The End
