He smiles

And music plays across my eyes

He frowns

And my heart twists itself into pieces

He laughs

And I smell the fresh rain

He is sad

And I hear the melancholy strings

of a hundred violins

He is angry

And I disappear

He is happy, for once

in a long, long time

And I find myself dancing in the rain

He is sad again,

For a long, long time

And I crave the music across my eyes

And I yearn for him to smile again

And I ache for the smell of rain

And I just wish he would smile

The End
