My Fellow Romeo

This poem is about seeing that one person all around, everywhere you go and no matter what you do, you can't get the butterflies out. You don't know how they feel or what they'd say if you ever told them how you felt about them, and you don't think you ever could, but what you do know is that they mean everything to you and thats all that matters.

I see you walk to class with books in hand

Talking to every person around every corner

You see me, a smile in demand

And me, I’m a fast learner

You’re a prince in disguise

You know just what works for me

But one thing you don’t know I want

Let’s make the you and me, turn to itself to we

You’re my fellow Romeo.

I wonder if you’ll ever learn to understand

If you’ll ever begin to catch on

If you ever thought about taking my hand

Please don’t go, because I’ll never want you gone

You’re my prince in disguise

You know just what works for me

But one thing you don’t know I want

Let’s make the you and me, turn to itself to we

You’re my fellow Romeo.

The End
