My Day As A Tiger (Warrior's Heart)
I found peace in the night
I found the bones of my courage
And the story of a day
A day when I felt so alive
There was the flash of lights and the door to the cage
There was pure calm and in an instant ceaseless rage
Toe to toe and eyes locked in deathly stare
Fate blesses or curses as history turns the page
And for one day I lived as a tiger
For one day I knew a warrior’s heart
One glorious day I lived as a tiger
Before cold light awakens me
My memories scattered, torn apart
There’s nothing left in the light
Back to normal and I’m crying
For a second chance at a day
A day when I felt so alive
There was a battle cry and the enemy before me
I broke the walls and battled endlessly
The crack of cannon shot and crumbling walls
There were cries of victory all around me
And for one day I lived as a tiger
For one day I knew a warrior’s heart
One glorious day I lived as a tiger
Before cold light awakens me
My memories scattered, torn apart
