Forgotten Pages

Fallen leaves,

Drifting on an autumn breeze,

Swirling, wandering away,

And out of sight.

Forgotten pages,

Scattered across my room,

I rake them up,

And toss them into the wind.

Fly away,

With pearl wings of doves,

Carrying my words, my heart with them,

And out of sight.

The End
