My beloved protagonist

Wind pulls me hair
Flames kiss my skin
I run though the night
I admit I love him

Your face I have carved,
I follow your rise to fame.
I gave you your mission
I gave you your name.

And with each word
You grow that bit more
You take up the queue
Unlocking the door.

I follow each step
And hurt at each fall
From beginning to end
I see it all.

You take me to your world
One I've always know
I know the beat of life
This place is my home.

Our bond depends
As we head for the end
I know what's it store
It hurts to do this to a friend.

We feel the wind pull at our hair
We feel the flames kiss at our skin
We run though the night
You must understand this is the way I made him.

The End
