Me, My Book, and I

this poem is obviously about books and is totally true. enjoy!

The books I read

Change from time to time,

But I simply say none of them

Are as sour as a lime.

I must have read over 100 books,

Since I was, oooh, five years old,

I dug them out of the musty loft,

Where they were getting freezing cold.

Thats when it started -

Five years of age,

I couldn't stop reading,

Or folding the corner of the page!

So, why don't you try it?

Reading I mean?

It doesn't have to be work,

You'll be  - so keen!

My title is:

Me, my book and I,

It could be yours too,

So don't live a lie!

The End
