Me as a dung beetle

Spinning around, around, around.
My world is a ball of crap

In a pile when I found it,
I began my life's work.

To improve it, I turned it.
In an ever rounder ball.

Pushing it behind me
With my legs, moving backwards

Trying to make it ever rounder
closer to perfect; but still

perfectly round as I can make it
my world is a ball of crap.

pushing backwards as I go
not caring where I'm going

only seeing
where I've been.

The End
