Me and myself

Feeling that tumble out as words

ON my knees stripped off my dreams Head bowed my face gleams. Eyes lost to the hue of dawn; Heart numb like a preyed fawn, MY palms rubbed to shreds Show the path where my soul treads. That soul which reminds me, "Thou art the light of thee!! Lead thyself away from the dark And let not sorrow scar a mark. Thine dreams aren't lost to the dust There, see, they rest on hope and trust."
The End
