7. Halo Stone

Parting inside a rock,
The growth is bending me beyond,
A sea tide of powder.

Disappearing is so easy without you,
Fade away and you’re never there,
The nights we walk down New York streets,
The windows we watched from,
Fingers interlaced,
A mild trace of feeling disappears from me.

Heard another heart beat,
It’s bound to be just out of reach,
No one can see a feeling,
Some are happy just existing,
I prefer living.

Disappearing is so easy without you,
And these steps are the heaviest I’ve had.

The End
