1. Red Sky Rising

This curve in the blue, such a subtle circle,

Shapes and burnt scars in the morning dew,
a rising red, burns days away,

Breathing life back

This halo hangs slack around my broken ego,
this voice lie crackling in the morning’s shame,
This red sky rising is the world we’ve come to know;
this heart lay crushing the cruor through veins.

I know I’ve come far since the days of dreams,
I know I’ve got far to go,
I know we’ve got far to go.

Take my hand;
Place this ring of darker clouds around your finger,
We have so far to go,
and the darker we know,
The brighter we shine.

The End
