Lovers In Departure.
Gods and goddesses would announce to the stars.
If there was ever another love like ours.
Stirring clouds to a thunderous weep.
On our departure the taste of tears that laced your lips.
Clairvoyants couldn't have predicted this eclipse.
The taste of goodbye luminous to this day.
That love for you will never sway.
Nor will it come to yield.
Air tight, in time its been sealed.
Though I initiated this break apart
For both the growth of heart
I'll always miss her, for there never was a love like you.
The silence in perfect resonance, no smear could ever skew.
We met while you sipped your tea.
I said "Your waters green, you probably shouldnt drink that"
You laughed, our eyes met.
Not a single moment I'll ever regret.
