Love Sold by Days

This is about a prostitute longing for love

I lay there bare naked in front of your eyes.

And flaws in the light, there is only such perfection.

Perfection is flawed.

I am being skinned by life itself and tossed by the rhythm of each beat

As you stare at me, each eye meeting eyes, i cannot withhold such desire

Yet all I want is to be warmed by your protecting arms

And reassured by lovely words

For that day you have loved me

After that, there were only cold days

Had I need to sell my body for love?

The End
