Lola
Describing Lola
Lola
Small for her age
Old for her size
She runs
Skips
Dances
Like a child
Like an immature twenty three year old-
-That's what she is.
Her face
Small and pointy
Golden green eyes
The can see a mile away
Hair like a flame
Catching the sunlight
Wrapped up warm, yet has bare feet
She looks weak
Maybe she is
Intelligent, speedy and
Still always a friend
Still easily scared-
-But not for long
She teaches herself how to be brave
So she can get it
Whatever hurt her brother
Who used to be
Big
Strong
Tough
Now he is
Big
Strong
...but scared and limping
Lola dances
Sun bathes
Is safe
Her brother is safe
So she dances
Orange specks on her gown
sequins
jewels
stars
Even at wintere
She leaves foot prints in the snow
Never wearing shoes
She doesn't care
All she wants is-
For her brother
-revenge.
