Little Bird

little bird, little bird
I wish you could peak to me
to tell of all you've seen and heard
of the places I wish to be

little bird, little bird
to be free is what I seek
I want the places I've been only through other's words
an overwhelming feeling felt each and every week

little bird, little bird
I dream of all the things you've seen
generations seem to pass -- first, second, third
the wind threatens to make me and into it I lean

little bird, little bird
some day I'll be like you
traveling alone, never with a herd
to do all the things you do

The End
