It's A Dirty Age

It's a dirty age we live in,

When one man steps over the other for  first place,

Dog eat dog world they say,

Just look at the sheer horror on her face,

Rules bent to master your strength,

The art of intimidation is lost on the innocent,

Nice guys finish last they say,

This is not practical- how the guilty get away?

This world can show no mercy,

It attacks the weak and suggestible,

Show the british stiff upper-lip,

Although it can be hard to forget it all,

It's a dirty age we live in,

Only you can pave the life you follow,

It's your life you live it,

Take the gamble- hope it doesn't lead to sorrow,

The End
