Said tweedle dum to tweedle dee,

"i live in fear of the river you see,

it will wash me away if it swallows me up,

leave me crying like a new born pup.

it will drop me off in a forest so black,

with no home to live in, just the cloths on my back,

it will leave me alone, with no family so dear,

just me myself and my cold cold fear.

so tell me brother, say it to my face

if the river catches me, will you take my place?"

Said tweedle dee to tweedle dum

"of course dear brother,

because i live in fear of our mum."
