Have You Touched Fortitude?

You must humor me, child:

Have you touched the smooth slab of Fortitude,

rugged and stalwart, yet a comforting felt?

He is the paladin of a realm beyond;

a realm you have delved into countless times.

I can feel your flame boiling your blood.

Are you angry?

No, no...you too have fought your battles.

You, a guardian.

You stand tall, chest protruding modestly.

Not at the distance of arrogance,

not at the distance of cowardice.

The perfect in between of bravery!

The End
