I aspire

This poem is about a guy who longs to be with this special girl but can't seem to find the right words or the courage to let her know how he feels.

I aspire to be her one and only, I yearn to have her. I plead for her

But I'm plodding to tell her. She is not pliable...at least that's what I think

She plunged herself into my heart and I doubt she'll find a way out.

She possesses a smile as beautiful as nature and a personality as shiny as a pomegranate

She invariably arrives when I'm not expecting her to and everything around me stops, becomes silent. All I can hear is the sound of my heart beating like a boom box

And it all ends with one question...WHAT DO YOU DO NOW?

The End
