Hide Away

This poem is based off of the many walks/ adventures I have had with my friends from a variety of experiences.

Follow me while time is nigh;

Keep up if able, dare you try.

In the thicket, through the muck,

Past the rocked shaped as a duck

Your hand in mine, just you and me,

We prance around just wicked free.

We search for treasure, if we may,

To our secret hide away

Where rocks are diamonds, leaves are gold,

Delightful antiqueties of old.

Sunshine fades, the moon glows silver

We run and play in complex fever

Just you and me tonight it seems,

Hiding in our youthful dreams.

The End
