Here I Stand

Life seems more than you can handle

They see me as strong, but their eyes deceive them

Here I stand, all alone

Here I stand, wishing to be someone else

Here I stand in the night

Here I stand wanting to breathe without them

Here I stand

Some things in this world disgustingly alters philosophies

Moral apparently don’t cross anyone’s mind anymore

There is one crystal clear thing

Here I stand, all alone

Here I stand, wishing for correction in this black pit

Here I stand never going to sell my soul

Here I stand on my own

Here I stand

Waking up into an abyss of lies and betrayal

Trying to haul me into the dark

Dragging me through the cracks

But I’m not allowing it anymore

Here I stand, all alone

Here I stand, never going to give up

Here I stand, having the strength to breathe in my life

Here I stand willing enough to no longer be a victim

Here I stand

The End
