Rules are for Fools

Roses in a pot

Stand still on my mantelpiece

You brought them for me

Haversham fresh they

wilt sag and droop as my tears

make a salt sea splash

Voice screams in the dark

Silver split tonge sayer lies

betrays happiness

Thorns grow on rose stems

Sharp the piercing of my heart

I can't dance here now

... another cheerful little number x

The End
