Saturday AM

We sleep half our lives;

I could write some of that time

But I won't start yet.

It's funny that sleep gives us such pleasure, because we'd really be more efficient if humans could run on only 2 or 4 hours of sleep. The "best" time to sleep, in my opinion, is a Saturday morning when you're sleeping-in. I don't usually wake up until 10...if I have nothing to do, I'll doze for maybe another hour...and then I'll be woken by the beautiful sunshine shining through my curtains. Like Buck said in the previous haiku, the sun does seem to come out only on the weekends.

The End
