Grandma
As your memory slips away
i see the person i knew fade
I watch you day by day
think of memories we've made
remembering who you were
the grandma i used to know
never knowing whats in store
how many days you've left to go
how far you might slip
but i'll never quit on you
the scale can always tip
just maybe some day we'll get through
and get back to us
the REAL you.
