Yes, Truly, One Of A KindMature

(Explosives die when they go off and nobody mourns them;

they just make more

Your  man with the raincoat is a paltry sum that lingers

of shabby hair

mismanaged teeth

a color too forceful

the countdown is scrawled in trembling locked fingers between slick palms

a frantic brushing

batted lashes

it escaped for a moment lost control of his moody friend

But they have fun together, never meant to offend

an apology of

feverish glances

beautiful grin

for a second

The End
