Full Circle

It's about a person who uses emotional blackmail to destroy you and corrupt you, but when you make a mistake, she punishes you severely for it and it's just about not taking it anymore

She writes down words of the wrong sort

And all the world can see your flaws

You look to the sky and hope a change can come

You fight on but arms are heavy, you know you're done

She stumbles ever onwards

A wave of destruction and hearts fail in her wake

No motive or reasons to question

Merely destruction for destruction's sake

She's here again

Coming home and full circle

She's back, power returned

History rises like a monster

Lessons never learned

I wrote down words of the wrong sort

And now she plays the victim

She cries and expects pleading, meek apologies

But she will see nothing but hate from me

I'm letting go of the past

I shall leave her to her own devices

I couldn't care less about the pourings of a darkened heart

I couldn't care if her world falls apart

She’s here again

Coming home and full circle

She’s back, power returned

History rises like a monster

Lessons never learned

I've come so far

Since those heartbreaking winter months

Enough is enough

I will burn brighter than a thousand stars

She’s here again

Coming home and full circle

She’s back, power returned

History rises like a monster

Lessons never learned

The End
