For The Literary Geeks

This one is for you.

At first you give them your heart

That heart becomes broken by their words

Their words multiply as if filled with fire!

The fire rises to everything and more

You ignore it best you can

Their words take shape and form

“Can we find the cure?”

This cure becomes your fall!

“Love is a feeling of warm personal attachment or deep affection, as for a parent, child, or friend.”

The passion of life, the memories of a child running through snow coves

Dancing through doubt and searching for peace of mind she knows

The fire has been snuffed out

And there’s an ominous silence, from eyes in the dark

Under the moon she lives a double life there.

Ready or not, write your heart out

It is a gift they have no wish for anymore

Your heart singing out thrice,

Bringing beauty and fear in the reader

At first you give them your heart

That heart becomes broken by their words

Their words multiply as if filled with fire!

The fire rises to everything and more

You ignore it best you can

Their words take shape and form

“Can we find the cure?”

This cure becomes your fall!

So create fantasies and more

Love fully and save them all

We await your courageous mind

Consume the fear of the future

Love isn’t blood

We fear the hatred of people

Think how one heart can change this world

Maybe we allow the fear we create

But you can’t be consumed by their hate

When creating your sunrise don’t leave out the sun!

Come with me to see your stars

Your soul is torn apart

Two lives to live for you, the chosen one

Go do what you must and make haste

But assault the forced silence with your words blanketing from shore to shore

And like the Raven, fear nevermore

The End
