For Philip and Lisa
By your example, my heart was changed
Your gentle guiding brought me peace
You melted my bitter, angry heart
With your constant understanding
The strength of your faith inspires me.
Growing minds nurtured and loved
With the water of blessed truth
And the sunshine of your smiles
My empty heart had almost died
Taught by you, I loved again.
