Fainting BaizeMature

Pool halls are fascinating places...

Windowless wax works wane

and clack white red white black

shooting

round a sturdy bench of doubles and jaws

to tip a chalk scale backwards and

sketch poetics in green over fainting baize.

Lined up like planets they fall away

into netted black holes notched on a

tree trunk bed post or other

and it’s possible to pull a muscle in a

tustle over rules and regulations or a fucking good

shot.

As each fawn over the table

and mount another pocket

rockets couldn’t break my focus

as he wills it t’wards its target

swerving rolling crossing fingers

shit

it’s in.

The End
