Everyday poem

An everyday poem

Waking up,

Taking the cup,

First step of beginning the day.

What will it be filled with?

 Adding the coffee, the flavor,

The right amount so it won't be too bitter.

I don't want my day to have the wrong taste.

But I'm not worried.

The sugar will sweeten it all

With the positive perspective.

Now time for hot water and milk

Warm up

Excitement, enthusiasm, energy,

Not too much so I won't get burned.

 Again, measurements

Mixing it all

The sweetness, the flavor, the color of the coming day

In to a perfect aroma

that tempts me to just

And taste the new reality I prepared.

There is nothing better

Than starting off

With a small every day prayer

Hopping for a successful happy day

The End
