*Every Snowflake*

You are probably wondering right about now why in the name of sanity I would name a poem *Every Snowflake* in the middle of the summer.

I'll tell you why.

This world is filled with people who rush through life and spend all day attached to mobile devices, connecting to friends and family via social networks.

The expression 'stop and smell the roses' is lost on them.

Children no longer pause to catch snowflakes in their mouths.

The world revolves around everything that's big and huge and the little things are overlooked.

This collection of prose is for every little wonder that is missed.

Every butterfly that alights on a flower.

Every shooting star that passes by on a clear night.

The End
