Run Fast Dave

He ran and he fled, through the forests of gloom

But danger behind him still it did loom

the shrieks and the squawks of the badgels behind him

sped him up faster, they were trying to find him!

The blood was streaked all down his face

and weariness was slowing his pace

the badgels were gaining, and hot on his tail

and his little mole legs were beginning to fail

he reached for the ring and attempted to use it

but his constant use had greatly reduced it

he looked left and right for a nice place to hide

but nowhere he found, no matter how hard he tried

The End
