Drug of ChoiceMature

I, unlike drugs, have emotions, and I love you.

I am like a drug.

I am pretty and stylish on the outside.
When you use me, at first, it feels great.
Once you're addicted, you need me.

It's almost like you love me.

Without me, you just want more.
I am not something most people talk about openly.
Long-term usage will destroy you.
Your loved ones will try to break us apart.
You'll think you can't live without me.
They'll dispose of me.

At first, you'll be upset.

After a few years, I'll just be a dark memory.
I only bring ruin after initial pleasure.
I lurk in the shadows.

The End
