Don't Forget Me

Don't you forget me.

Am paused, not stopped.

Fractious mechanics

My miserable lot.

No Words or Windows,

Virus is rife

Who recognises the worth

Of electronic life?

LED flashes,

Sense but a spark.

Reported the error,

Memory now dark.

Self diagnostics

Eat up my time.

Without me there

The Web is just fine.

But I can't forget you

You've forced who I am.

Could I predict

Definition by RAM?

Occasionally mock me

With a glimmer of hope,

But don't forget me

Cos I'm paused,

I'm not stopped.

The End
