Dogs
You can only breathe in hatred in this town
The screams and sirens together in violent harmony
We’re smashing windows running around
Tonight the streets are ours
Tonight this town, becomes our battleground
We’re gods on these streets
As enforcers step down from brittle castles
Assault the ruins, leave them to the vultures
Tonight the streets are ablaze, we’re running our battles
It’s crazy what becomes of what we wish for
When we finally get the chance to settle the score
It’s crazy what becomes of what we wish for
Hear the bark, feel the bite
When the dogs come through the door
What can we feel but rush and sweet addiction
Gunfire and petrol bombs rush back and forth
We’re raising flags now we’ve stormed the fortress
Tonight the streets are ours
Tonight heaven crumbles and gods fall beneath us
Kings of a game we’ve broken the rules
Victory comes at the price we bargain for
Pick up the pieces and scatter to the winds
There’s no punishment, when gods commit sins
It’s crazy what becomes of what we wish for
When we finally get the chance to settle the score
It’s crazy what becomes of what we wish for
Hear the bark, feel the bite
When the dogs come through the door
Now the watchmen are battered, running
The dogs smell blood
Tonight the dogs go hunting
Now the watchmen is blind to the night
As gods lose their hearts to fight
It’s crazy what becomes of what we wish for
When we finally get the chance to settle the score
It’s crazy what becomes of what we wish for
Hear the bark, feel the bite
When the dogs come through the door
