Except for the fact that I can'tMature

I would love you

if I could

but I haven't got a heart

to give you

so I'm sorry, but you'll have to settle

with false assurances and store-bought roses

as though they could convey an emotion

past dyed pink candy wrappers

as I drown in a sea of what can I do,

even then I know

that I would be nothing if it wasn't for you

The End
