NumbMature

Gaunt faces leering out of the mirror,

Cracked glass and shattered memories bleed

Darkness; don't pick at the scars when they ache like a

Void through your heart.

God spits down on a world of sinners,

The pure are not as perfect as you think,

The world will not puke rainbows for you 'cause you

Like academic hell.

The numbness is worse than the pain, a dull mist of

Damaged nerves, no feeling anymore, but that's always better.

Human emotions will only ruin you.

I kneel before no gods or angels, prayers are a placebo for the

Closed mind, leave me to my freedom of thought.

The End
