Demented Monday

Just some ramblings

Your ignorant life,
a battleground of thwarted desire
beaten at every turn,
in shame often retire

often resort to begging
for things you so admire
But beggars always ignored,
for no acknowledgement required

But then who doesn't like the life of kings
the populace fawning on your every need
you label your excesses as simple wants
while the rest only equate it with greed

The End
