Night falls in pieces as people in pairs

Step out of our spotlight, 

Collapse into theirs.

I stray from the others and sink into you,

Leave them unknowing and laugh at our going,

The pull of our distance makes pushing so fun,

Almost more so with you

Than with anyone.
