Diving through layers of pain,

Slipping through the hands of Life,

Surprised they didn't drop me long ago,

Dive into a cave of misery,

Submerged in a sea of depression,

Dive off of the frayed edges of sanity,

Into a pool of blood,

Try to drown in my own sorrow,

Sacrifice my wrists, my skull, my throat,

Sacrifice them by bullet and blade,

Pretty stitches, sewn up scars,

I wear them like medals from valiant attempts,

I find pride in the pain,

Now I will win the ultimate trophy,

Take the dive into suicide.

The End
