Chained To An Easily Broken Heartmature
We're bound to love, not in adulation but in chains
The tears I cry are of sweet liberation
Love does not capture our hearts, but can only enslave
You say you see the darkness in me, but it's only envy
It's me or nothing you say, so I'll gladly give myself to the void
Soulmates' theory cast to the dust and destroyed
And now I'm alone but feeling worthy
Because everything in life dwells in the grey
It's not a case of who's good and deserving
Culture has taken us far from the hunter's way
Phonecalls and suspicion is batted back and forth
Consoling and complaining does nothing for them now
This is what you get when you're loved and adored
This is what you get when they're feeling ignored
Bind yourself to love and watch yourself slide away
Bind yourself to her and watch your life slip away
And now I'm alone but feeling worthy
Because everything in life dwells in the grey
It's not a case of who's good and deserving
Culture has taken us far from the hunter's way
You should've seen, how happy you could be
If you shatter the mirage, set yourself free
I now I should comfort you right now
But I'm stifled by the call of the wild
Down, they say I'm falling down
Heart break's a !*!*@ but it's my turn now
