The Stillness

How do i become still again

Strapped in the chaos

Slowly going insane

How do i become still once more

Stiched inbetween old patterns

Knotting the strings at my core

How can i still my innerself

When I'm caught up

Forgetting about my spirit's health

How can i still the chatter

When I'm running around

Inhaling every sound

When does the stillness return

To feed my dayligh fern

From peace i need to learn

When does the stillness come to stay

To comfort my ever screaming decay

From listening i shall obey

Calm Calmer Calm Calmer

Until my mind has found its calmest state

Still Stiller Still Stiller

Until my being has reached out

to the need for the stillest taste

The End
