Weeping Willow

Hope for lost,

But only the found

Reach the rebel's dwelling.

Dazed expressions,

Hearts act as doors

Concealing dark hopelessness.

Empty hollowed eyes;

Tears absorb into skin.

A small sapling

A weeping willow

Over a fully-formed callous,

Protecting your heart with a barrier

Of tears.

The End
