Bright is this life

Bright is this life

The world we inhabit

Lit up by the sun

Each day

Small little people

Hurrying around

Busy in their lives

Each day

Some people are not

As fortunate as us

Living on the

Scraps we threw away

We don’t even know them

Yet we still push them far away

Bright is this life

The world that we live

Going round in our lives

Not taking it in

Small little people are out there

Who don’t have our lives’

Bright this world

Lit up by the sun

We take in the energy

And then return none

If this is the world then I wish

That we’d leave alone

Bright is this life

The world we inhabit

Lit up by the sun

Each day

Small little people

Hurrying around

Busy in their lives

Each day

Some people are not

As fortunate as us

Living on the

Scraps we threw away

We don’t even know them

Yet we still manage to push them far away

The End
