BREATHE

accepting loss, adjusting thy heart, letting go of the pain

It  truly lets my soul breathe

Being present with  loss

An ever so difficult gift to receive

To help bring to the surface

Our cores essence desires

From where healing  finds its purpose

Oh sing to me my morning dove

Lift me high upon the wind

Take me to the rivers of love

Ringed round with daisies

It truly lets my heart breathe

The absence of a treasure

Blessing me anew to believe

In everlasting oneness

I can peacefully be

Live on through light and darkness

Oh sing to me my morning dove

Lift me high upon the wind

Take me to the rivers of love

Ringed round with daisies

It truly lets my mind breathe

Truth be told in solitude

My way of escape to grieve

Remembering

Days fulfilled

With poetic singing

Oh sing to me my morning dove

Lift me high upon the wind

Take me to the rivers of love

Ringed round with daisies

It truly lets my being breathe

In the body of flesh and blood

Feeling vulnerable among the trees

Never are you forever gone

My morning dove song

The End
