XI: The Phoenix

The Phoenix; and eternal flame,
Bound to passion with love its chains,
It's burning form, banishes night,
Lighting the way for its glorious monarch.

It sings to the sky,
With its mournful cry,
It beats its wings,
Sorrowfully as it sings.

A symbol of hope,
Sorrow and glory,
Its sigil is life,
Its crest eternity.

The Phoenix rises from the ashes of dead memories,
One day this Phoenix will rise again.

The End
