Blossoming Rose

Blossoming Rose

Small and fragile,
Just starting to bloom,
Yet at this young,
It has so much beauty,
In such little room.
The petals fan out,
One by one,
They reach to the sky,
And absorb the warm sun.
The winter comes early,
And the flower begins to freeze.
The life within the rose,
Finally leaves.

The End
